This search strategy works reasonably well when AND'd to a search for a specific drug or drug class. The "body weight changes"[mesh] term can usually be safely omitted.
("Obesity/drug therapy"[Mesh] OR "Body Weight Changes"[mesh] OR "overweight/drug therapy"[mesh] OR "anti-obesity agents"[mesh])
